Unlock your subconscious, creativity, and intuition through the Dream Diary Notion template.
The practice of writing down your dreams every morning helps you tap into your soul, desires, and what your soul is learning to help you step more powerfully into your magical self.
After years of feeling dissatisfied with dream-tracking apps—and after I discovered the magic of Notion—I created my own dream-tracking journal that I use almost every day! Out of all my Notion pages, this is the one that gets the most action, so I thought it could serve other creatives and the spiritually curious in keeping a thorough log of their dreamings!
Writing down your dreams first thing in the morning can be useful for countless reasons, such as…
Witnessing what your unconscious/subconscious self is processing through symbolism and feelings to understand your inner workings better
Noticing patterns, themes, visitations, and other symbols trying to get your attention in your waking life through dreams
Visiting possible timelines, dreams, and desires from your heart
Hearing from loved ones, angels, spirit guides, and other loving beings from other dimensions in an open, neutral space
Unveiling opportunities for your creativity to come through and shine—writing down your dreams can be a treasure trove of book ideas (I deeply care about you writing your books!)
Our dreams have so much to show and tell us, and I’m so excited for you to connect further with your intuition, creativity, unconscious, and subconscious through logging, tracking, and remembering your dreams more regularly.
This customized Notion template allows you to track patterns through:
Emotions felt in the dream
What phase & sign the moon is in
Common symbols
What kind of dream you’re in
And much, much more…
Seamlessly add this template to your Notion dashboard to track various elements of your dreams for optimal recall and pattern recognition. Pick and choose what serves you best, and leave the rest!
You can keep your dream tracking & journaling as simple or as detailed as you like—it's up to you! Use what's helpful and leave/hide what isn't.
For example, I alternate between typing my dreams in and using my phone's voice dictation function, since sometimes I'm too tired upon waking to do more than speak what my dreams were. Plus, right when you wake up is the best time to recall your dreams since they tend to fade as you go about your day.
Dream on and write those nighttime wanderings down so you don't lose the nuggets of wisdom & creativity that your dreams carry for you.
Get ready to be awakened by your dreams and start tracking your dreams today in your own Dream Diary!
